Fruit from our own 33-hectare quince orchard forms the foundation of the MIKO process, with full quality control — from orchard to distillation.
Our distillates are produced on a distillation column by the renowned German manufacturer Kothe. Each raw material is processed by variety, preserving the authentic aromatic profile of every fruit.
